Salary:

Base Salary: EGP 6,500 per month
Commission: EGP 1,500 per sale
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Role Description

This is a remote Sales Representative role at Rinasse, where you will be responsible for conducting sales calls, demonstrating product knowledge, building customer relationships, and meeting sales targets.
You will also have the opportunity to refine and improve sales scripts to maximize conversion rates. This is a full-time position with significant growth potential, including the possibility of advancing to a sales management role as the company grows.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound sales calls to prospective clients to introduce products and services, building interest and securing sales.
Identify and qualify sales leads to maximize conversion rates.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Address customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally and effectively.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Continuously improve sales scripts and strategies based on customer feedback and sales performance.
