Job Purpose:
We're hiring for one of our subsidiaries (Cozmo Travel). The IT Help-desk Intern will work under the direction of the Senior IT Support within the Information Technology department of an aviation organization. This internship provides hands-on experience working as an IT professional, with opportunities to learn and apply real-world IT solutions under staff guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in installation, configuration, and minor repairs of hardware, software, and peripherals following IT department procedures.
- Set up and deliver computer equipment and system access for new employees.
- Participate in the implementation of new and updated technology solutions.
- Escalate or collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Stay updated on new developments relevant to assigned responsibilities.
- Adhere to IT policies and procedures to ensure data integrity, security, and privacy.
