KONE is offering a unique opportunity for fresh dynamic and energetic individuals to join us as Design Engineer Interns within the Customer Solutions Engineering team for a period of 3 months. Successful candidates will be offered full-time roles by the end of the internship duration.

This is an opportunity to kickstart your career, build and enhance relationship management skills while experiencing working life in a global multinational organization. You will be mentored and guided by industry experts who will help grow not just your technical skills but your confidence as a high-performing Customer Solutions Engineer.

The objective is to have engineers who can go through a learning path to be able to do the following:

• Support the sales team by analyzing customers’ technical needs and develop proposals outlining how KONE’s products and services can provide clear solutions to meet those needs
• Respond to customers’ technical questions
• Provide technical and costing support during the sales process
• Ensure that the proposed solution fulfills the codes, regulations and safety requirements
• Organize the order documentation and order confirmation
• Manage the drawing and related documents
