Job Objective:

To monitor and manage interactions on the company’s social media platforms, ensuring a safe, respectful, and engaging environment by reviewing comments, responding to users, and reporting any violations.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor activity across social media pages (comments, messages, user-generated content).
Remove or hide inappropriate, offensive, or policy-violating content.
Respond professionally to followers’ questions, feedback, and concerns.
Escalate important or sensitive issues to the customer service or management team when necessary.
Prepare periodic reports on common issues or recurring user feedback.
Enhance the user experience by promoting positive engagement.
Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to maintain consistency in messaging.

Internship Requirements

Requirements and Qualifications:

Previous experience in social media moderation or customer service is a plus.
Proficiency in Arabic (and English, depending on the target audience).
Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
Familiarity with community guidelines and policies of platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter.
