Internship Description
HR Administration:
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR database.
- Help with the preparation and processing of HR documents, such as employment contracts, onboarding materials, and payroll data.
- Support HR team in organizing and executing company events and employee engagement activities.
- Participate in the administration of employee benefits and support routine HR tasks.
Talent Acquisition:
- Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
- Coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, and participate in interview sessions as required.
- Support the HR team in developing effective talent acquisition strategies.
Learning Opportunities:
- Gain understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Learn about the full recruitment lifecycle and develop skills in candidate screening and evaluation.
- Exposure to HR software and systems used for managing employee data and recruitment.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives contributing to team objectives.
