Job Description:
- Manage and moderate social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels.
- Provide engaging text, image, and video content for social media accounts.
- Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
- Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
- Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target audience.
- Track, measure and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI.
Duration: 1 - 2 months.
Internship Requirements
- A fresh graduate with a bachelor's degree in Marketing or an appropriate field is preferred.
- Excellent English level.
- Very good knowledge of using Excel and google docs.
- Should be highly active on Social Media.
- Should have a high awareness of the social media trends.
