Internship Description
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Bakier’s client base within the stationery and office supplies market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs, highlighting Bakier’s unique offerings and value propositions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients in alignment with company policies and profitability targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of client orders and custom-made giveaways.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive outreach and effective pipeline management.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote Bakier’s brand and products.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Internship Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the stationery, office supplies, or related B2B sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple accounts and priorities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and exhibitions as required.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
