Internship Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Bakier’s client base within the stationery and office supplies market.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs, highlighting Bakier’s unique offerings and value propositions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients in alignment with company policies and profitability targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of client orders and custom-made giveaways.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive outreach and effective pipeline management.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote Bakier’s brand and products.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Internship Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the stationery, office supplies, or related B2B sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and exhibitions as required.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
