Job Description: 
 Clearly define the scope of managed operations
Participate in definition and ensure consistent execution of operational procedures.
Pick up and prioritize Service Requests & Incidents
Realization of tasks/
Monitoring and regular data back-up of systems
Approve, create, manage, maintain IT continuity plans.
Administrate and manage user identity and access to IT systems.
Implement & ensure security protection.
