➢ Communication: Maintain clear and prompt communication with customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing updates on order status.
➢ Documentation: Assist in maintaining accurate and organized records of customer interactions, orders, and related documentation.
➢ Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as logistics, inventory, and sales to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve any discrepancies.
➢ Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
➢ MS Office Proficiency: Demonstrate a strong understanding of MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word, to handle data entry, reporting, and documentation tasks
