Job Description:
- Doing users mail backup during new installation.
- Monitoring Company’s servers at all branches.
- Doing antivirus scan.
- Doing user Data backup.
- Checking and maintaining DNS (Domain Name System) and DHCP Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol).
- Doing Hardware and Software inventory.
- Providing technical support and trouble shooting of hardware and software for end users.
