Internship Description
Your Role
- You are our main interface with current and potential customers.
- You will interact with customers on several communication channels: telephone, chat, social media, email, etc... to answer their questions, help them with bookings or listing their properties, assist them in case of difficulties or in case they want to file a complaint.
- Basically, you would be trying your best to provide our customers with high quality service and support them on every aspect. On, the other hand, you will be approaching potential customers and leads, informing them about our services and acquiring additional business.

- You are able to communicate well on all channels, enjoy dealing with people on professional basis.
- You are a good listener and a problem solver.
- You are comfortable dealing with computer software and are willing to learn how to use our ERP environment to manage, document, track and report all your activities and tasks.

- Regular reporting, team meetings, periodic evaluations and development plans are a must

- Experience is a plus, but not required
