Internship Description
- Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement to maintain product consistency and safety.
- Document and report any deviations from established quality protocols and initiate corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality assurance procedures and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of quality control tests, inspections, and outcomes for regulatory and internal audits.
- Assist in the development and revision of quality control policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Train production staff on quality standards, food safety regulations, and proper handling procedures.
- Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives to address recurring quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety, regulatory, and company standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Internship Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience (internships and graduation projects are counted!).
- 3 months of training
- Strong attention to detail, commitment to hygiene and food safety standards.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic production environment
