Role description:
Wonderful Bangka Belitung project is a collaboration project with Governor of Bangka Belitung, Indonesia to promote local tourism potential. The big aim of this project is to increase the number of tourists to Bangka, especially international tourist. Also, engaging the local people to be more aware of their local potential and coach them how to optimize it. You will work in a team consist of 10 people with different working fields with the other interns and with the local students as well.
Main activities:
- Hosting weekly meeting evaluation with team and Project Coordinator
- Creating tracking tools and framework each division
- Tracking and synergizing each division to achieve the team goals
- Identifying local potential, people behavior, potential community to work with
- Initiating business strategy to drive team performance
- Creating weekly project report for Click Picts, Governor, and Project Coordinator
