Internship Description
A customer service agent is needed to build and maintain a perfect relationship with our clients over the phone, this training will be evaluation period for 3 months, after that and according to the performance, he/she will be offered a full-time contract offer.
- Candidate will be responsible for receiving all inbound calls and explaining the company services to the callers
- Making outbound calls every morning to follow up with potential clients
- Quickly and accurately manage the inbound and outbound phone calls.
- Ensure client satisfaction by offering specialized advice over the phone.
- Resolve problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to Provide a high level of customer service to clients at all times.
The intern will learn:

Internship Requirements
- Previous experience in similar field
- Perfect communication skills and phone etiquette are necessary for the job
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Well-presented telephone manner.
- Computer literacy, competent user of MS Office and other various software.
- Well Organized and able to multi-task in an open space and tight work environment.
- Good command of the ENGLISH language and ability to speak to foreigners that don’t speak Arabic
