Internship Description

The intern will learn:
 Prepare participants to take on junior Salesforce Presales roles with strong technical and client-facing skills.

start date :1 july 2025

Duration: 2 months

Program Structure

Week 1: Onboarding & Foundations

  • Introduction to Salesforce Ecosystem
  • Role of a PreSales Engineer
  • Understanding CRM/SaaS solutions
  • Soft skills workshop: Communication & Personal Branding
     

Week 2: Technical Enablement

  • Salesforce CRM – Core Modules
  • Understanding Customer Journeys & Use Cases
  • Basics of Solution Design & Discovery
  • Tools for PreSales (Zoom, Slack, CRM Dashboards)
     

Week 3–4: PreSales Skills Development

  • Conducting Discovery Calls
  • Business Process Mapping
  • Building and Presenting Demos
  • RFPs, RFIs & Proposal Writing
     

Week 5–6: Real-World Scenarios

  • Work on simulated customer projects
  • Cross-functional collaboration with mock sales teams
  • Demo delivery sessions with feedback
  • Customer objection handling workshops
     

Week 7: Certification & Interview Preparation

  • Salesforce Trailhead challenges
  • Demo Day Prep – Final project pitch
  • Resume and LinkedIn optimization
  • Mock technical interviews & communication review

Week 8: Graduation Week

  • Final presentations to leadership
  • Career planning sessions
  • Networking event with industry mentors

     

Certification of completion

Internship Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business.
  • Experience: 0–3 years in tech, CRM, or SaaS-related roles.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
    • English fluency (spoken and written)
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems or SaaS platforms.
       

Bonus: Salesforce Trailhead badges, prior Presales or customer-facing role, or technical certifications.
