Internship Description
The intern will learn:
Prepare participants to take on junior Salesforce Presales roles with strong technical and client-facing skills.

Week 1: Onboarding & Foundations

- Role of a PreSales Engineer

Week 2: Technical Enablement

- Basics of Solution Design & Discovery
- Tools for PreSales (Zoom, Slack, CRM Dashboards)
Week 3–4: PreSales Skills Development
- Conducting Discovery Calls

- RFPs, RFIs & Proposal Writing
Week 5–6: Real-World Scenarios
- Work on simulated customer projects

Internship Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business.
- Experience: 0–3 years in tech, CRM, or SaaS-related roles.
- Skills:
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- English fluency (spoken and written)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or SaaS platforms.
Bonus: Salesforce Trailhead badges, prior Presales or customer-facing role, or technical certifications.
