The Role
Pearl Lemon is offering an exciting opportunity for a Legal Intern to join our team. This unique opportunity is designed to provide hands-on experience for recent law graduates, whether solicitors or barristers, who are eager to develop their skills in a dynamic legal environment.
POSSIBLE responsibilities:
- Provide independent legal advice to clients on settlement agreements, statutory declarations, and related matters.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client cases and provide expert recommendations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other legal correspondence.
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of legal services.
- Assist in negotiating and structuring deals relating to employment, civil and commercial matters
- Stay up-to-date with legal regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and provide valuable guidance.
- Acting as a legal representative in certain cases

Internship Requirements
Skills and Qualifications for Interns:
- Recently graduated as a solicitor or barrister.
- While prior experience in providing legal advice and handling settlement agreements is a plus, a strong eagerness to learn is equally valued.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with a keen interest in interpreting complex legal information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, paying close attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Familiarity with legal research tools and databases.
