Job Description
Lead and manage the Health & Safety function across the facility.
Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety programs.
Ensure compliance with applicable Egyptian occupational health and safety regulations.
Conduct regular workplace inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
Identify potential hazards and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
Investigate workplace accidents and incidents and prepare detailed reports.
Develop and deliver safety training and awareness programs for employees.
Monitor emergency preparedness, fire safety, evacuation procedures, and emergency response plans.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure compliance with safety requirements.
Maintain and monitor HSE records, reports, KPIs, and documentation.
Support management in developing and implementing continuous safety improvement plans.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a relevant field.
7+ years of experience in Health & Safety, preferably within manufacturing or garment/textile industries.
Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and standards.
Experience in risk assessment, incident investigation, safety inspections, and emergency response.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
