Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Plan and execute regular check-ups and fix sudden breakdowns for electrical equipment.
Power & Switchgear Systems: Maintain medium-voltage (MV) and low-voltage (LV) switchgear, distribution transformers, generators, and earthing/lightning systems.
Automation & Control: Support and troubleshoot PLC systems, sensors, inverters, and SCADA monitoring software.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols like Lockout-Tagout (LOTO), Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and international standards such as IEC, NEC, or OSHA.
Reporting & Handover: Review daily work orders, document data, analyze root causes of recurring faults, and coordinate shift handoverS
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Power or Electronics section).
Experience: Generally 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in factories, FMCG plants.
Technical Skills: Ability to read electrical schematics/diagrams, use diagnostic tools (multimeters, insulation testers, oscilloscopes), and familiarity with CMMS or CAD platforms.
Soft Skills: Problem-solving, teamwork, leadership, and a good command of the English
