Job Description
• • Operate and maintain MV/LV systems, transformers, generators, ATS, UPS.
• • Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• • Supervise technicians and subcontractors on site.
• • Monitor electrical loads, consumption, and system performance.
• • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes.
• • Coordinate with facility management team, tenants, and service providers.
• • Prepare basic maintenance and incident reports.
Job Requirements
• • BSc in Electrical Engineering.
• • 1–3 years experience in electrical O&M (malls or commercial facilities preferred).
• • Good knowledge of power distribution systems and electrical drawings.
• • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
