Job Description

Overview: As our Human Resources Generalist, you will be the backbone of our people operations, touching every aspect of the employee lifecycle. You'll be instrumental in shaping our workforce, fostering a positive culture, and ensuring our talent thrives.

Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the Recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, ensuring we attract top talent.
- Manage all aspects of Personnel administration, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance.
- Drive Organization Development initiatives, contributing to a high-performing and engaged workforce.
- Implement and manage the Performance Management System, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and feedback.
- Oversee Talent Acquisition and Talent Management strategies, from initial attraction to long-term development.
- Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, providing guidance and support.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with best practices and local regulations.
- Contribute to workforce planning and succession strategies

Job Requirements

Required Skills:
- Proven expertise in Human Resources principles and practices.
- Strong background in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
- Demonstrated ability in Personnel administration and management.
- Experience with Organization Development initiatives.
- Proficiency in implementing and managing a Performance Management System.
- A solid understanding of Talent Management strategies.
- Familiarity with Employee Relations and conflict resolution.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
- Experience with HRIS platforms is a significant plus.
Experience Requirements: Bring 3-7 years of dynamic experience in Human Resources roles, demonstrating a track record of success and impactful contributions.
