Mid-Level General Accountant with minimum 4 years’ experience to 7 years will play a critical role in a vary responsibilities based on the roles (Accounting, Financial Analyst, Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk, and more), but core duties often include:

Maintain accurate general ledger entries and ensure proper account reconciliations.
Assist with preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
Assist with audits (internal & external) and ensure compliance
Process vendor invoices, employee expense reports, payments, Tax Authority & Portals.
Manage customer invoicing, collections, and credit control.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Track actual vs. budgeted expenses and report variances.
Support cost-saving initiatives and financial planning.
Process employee payroll (salaries, bonuses, deductions).
Ensure timely tax filings (VAT, income tax, payroll tax).
Stay updated on tax regulations to avoid penalties.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Optimize working capital (inventory, receivables, payables).
Use ERP systems (SAP,) for financial transactions.
Detect and prevent fraud or financial mismanagement.
Assist with internal audits and risk assessments.
