Job Description
- Supervise and follow up the daily shipments and transportation of raw materials, spare parts and machines from suppliers to factories.
- Supervise and follow up the shipments and transportation of finished goods from factories to customers.
- Reviewing shipping contracts with shipping companies and air and sea freight lines.
- Validating and finalizing the completion of paperwork for shipments and customs clearance of shipments on time.
- Reviewing and finalizing the needed work/tasks with customs and customs clearance companies.
- Coordination with cargo inspection bodies.
- Follow-up of the customs current account with the financial department.
- Follow up and negotiate delay fines for shipping and storage.
- Finalizing the invoices for shipping and customs clearance and review them with the financial department to pay them on time.
- Making sure the proper implementation of the insurance procedures for shipments.
- Monitoring the work of the logistics team to reach effective performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Commerce.
- Very good Knowledge of Egyptian customs laws
- Very good knowledge of all MS. Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel…).
- Very good knowledge of others system (ERP).
- Excellent communication skills
