Your Responsibilities:

• Receive, review, and process online customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor inventory levels, track stock availability, and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure sufficient product quantities for order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to prioritize order picking, packing, and shipping, ensuring timely order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with shipping carriers and logistics partners to schedule pickups, generate shipping labels, and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage the returns and exchange process, including issuing return authorizations, coordinating returns, and processing refunds or exchanges.
• Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing products to ensure they meet quality standards, report any issues, and work with relevant teams for resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of order status, and tracking information, and communicate order updates to customers.
• Identify areas for process optimization automation, and efficiency enhancement within the e-commerce fulfillment operations.
• Assist with customer inquiries and concerns about order status, shipping, and returns, providing exceptional service and timely resolutions.
• Generate reports on fulfillment metrics, such as order accuracy, on-time delivery, and inventory levels, and use data insights to drive operational improvements.
