Job Description

* Managing Company Profile, handling hierarchy, Process enhancement, and KPIs
* Host and Moderate Training plans for the team, Data analysis for yearly results
* Design and implemented a risk management system to identify and mitigate
potential risks.
* Establish relationships with key stakeholders for growth opportunities and
successful partnerships.

Job Requirements

 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
* Minimum of [5:7] years of experience in e-commerce operations or a similar role.
* Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and best practices.
* Proven experience in inventory management and order fulfillment.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Experience with [Specific software programs relevant to your company's e-commerce operations, e.g., warehouse management systems, CRM software] (a plus).
