Job Description

  1. Legal Affairs:
    • Provide legal advice and guidance on various legal matters, contracts, and agreements.
    • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
    • Manage legal documentation, including drafting and reviewing contracts and legal correspondence.
    • Liaise with external legal counsel as needed.
  2. Administration:
    • Oversee administrative functions, including office management, facilities, and travel arrangements.
    • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
    • Manage vendor relationships and contracts for office supplies and services.
    • Coordinate with other departments to support their administrative needs.
  3. Camera Auditing:
    • Implement and manage camera auditing systems to monitor and ensure security and compliance.
    • Conduct regular audits of camera footage to identify any security breaches or irregularities.
    • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address any identified issues or concerns.
    • Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of camera footage and related data.
  4. Logistics:
    • Plan, coordinate, and optimize logistics operations, including transportation and inventory management.
    • Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and materials.
    • Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to streamline logistics processes.
    • Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics and implement improvements as needed

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in legal affairs, administration, camera auditing, and logistics, preferably in a managerial role.
