Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage our SLAs with different customers.
• Building up solutions from a technical point of view.
• Build low-level design and our SLA content in collaboration with the Pre-sales and Sales Manager.
• Manage any projects from the technical side.
• Cover all technical installations including Cisco, Dell EMC, F5, Fortinet, Sophos, Kaspersky, Microsoft, PRTG, Codima, Manage engine, Infosec, Grand Stream, Yealink, and Logitech.
• Implement and troubleshoot various network and security devices and services for different vendors.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting server, storage, and networking equipment for malfunctions or failures
• Installing and configuring new servers, storage devices, routers, switches, and other network components
• Conducting capacity assessments of existing infrastructure to ensure that it can support future growth
• Maintaining detailed documentation of all server and storage configurations and changes made to them
• Performing regular backups of data to prevent loss in case of computer failure or theft
• Providing technical support for applications and operating systems used in the data center
• Writing scripts to automate common processes within the data center environment
Job Requirements
Job Recruitments:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years’ experience working in enterprise-class environments.
• Experience in Cloud Security and security in Virtualized Environments is a must.
• Hands-on experience supporting switching, routing, network management, wireless and mobility technologies.
• CCNA, CCNP Enterprise/collaboration certified.
• Cisco SD-Access, SD-WAN, DNA, and Meraki cloud-management knowledge is a must.
• Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to build professional relationships with staff and clients.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
