Job Description

Job description: . Rewards and Benefits Participates in payroll and benefits processing, ensuring that transactions are delivered to deadline and in accordance with regulations, policies and procedures and to make sure that the reflection of all HR services are reflected in payroll.Maintains compensation databases and ensures employment records are properly maintained in the system Ensure the accurate data of the business trip of the employees, overtime, school allowance , and all the other benefits.Responsible for Issue all letters and certificate related to compensation and benefits salary certificate, promotions, merit, bonus. Social pension Handle new employees’ registration in social pension and make sure that the file is completedHandle resigned employees’ pensions files and make sure to close them . Information Security Adherence to the information security policies/processes/program and for reporting any security breaches or incidents to the direct management. Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures Contribute to the identification of opportunities for the continuous improvement of departmental systems, policies, processes and practices considering ‘international leading practices’ to improve productivity and operational efficiency.Provide critical input to support the development of Department’s systems, policies, processes, and procedures to meet business requirements.Ensure team members comply with all Department’s policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. .  Quality, Health, Security, Safety and Environment Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and relevant quality, health, safety, security and environmental procedures and controls across the Department to guarantee employee safety and delivery of high-quality services. . Reporting Prepare reports in a timely and accurate manner to meet the departmental requirements, policies and standards. . Others Other relevant tasks of the job purpose when, and if required . Minimum Qualification Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or ManagementHuman Resources certification is a plus.   Minimum Experience and Skills 1-2 years experience in employee relations activitiesHigh command of English & Arabic (read, spoken, written)High computer literacyExcellent presentation skillsHighly organizedExcellent interpersonal skills Competencies Team Collaboration Leading Self Agility Delivery Excellence Analytical Thinking We offer:..
