Job Description
As a Sales Representative, you'll work closely with experienced sales teams to spot potential opportunities from incoming inquiries. You'll also be responsible for reaching a mini quota that requires closing deals within a specific region.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and Qualify prospects and generate new businesses with customers within the company's sales cycle.
- Schedule potential customers for meetings with sales executives, team members
- follow up, and track progress on previously scheduled sales leads.
- Use CRM to utilize & record documents, notes, and sales activities as per the sales cycle.
- Pursue additional business development opportunities in the field.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships in the technology and digital products sector to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives and target markets.
- Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, industry events, and online research.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and marketing, to align business development efforts with product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, digital trends, and industry best practices in technology and digital products.
- Analyze market dynamics and competitive activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead.
- Monitor and report on business development activities, sales pipeline, and revenue forecasts to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and implementation of new clients and partnerships.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and events to represent the company and expand professional networks.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Prior experience with HubSpot CRM is preferable
- A Telesales background is preferred
- Software as a Service (SaaS) sales experience is preferable
- Good Customer Handling skills
- Flexible with rotational shifts.
- Excellent presentation & communication (verbal and written) skills.
- Very Good command of English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, results-oriented environment.
- Problem solver
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the technology and digital products sector.
- In-depth knowledge of the technology and digital products landscape, including software, hardware, SaaS, digital services, or other relevant solutions.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate value propositions effectively.
