Job Description
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services via social media, website or mobile
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
- Cross-sell products
- Manage returns of merchandise
- Coordinate between the customer and the installation team
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Provide customer feedback to the line Manager
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services
Job Requirements
- From 0 to 2 years of experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role
- Preferred to be El Sheikh Zayed, October, El Giza City resident.
- Understanding of the retail sales process
- Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
- Basic math skills
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
- Bachelor's degree
