As a talent acquisition specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing recruiting, and hiring top talent for our company. Duties will include:Ensure that staffing needs are being met with a long-term strategy in mindDevise and implement sourcing strategies, such as an employer branding initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicantsCompile lists of the most suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and referencesCreate and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidatesForm close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewersIdentifies, develops, and implements recruitment policies, practices, and programs to meet organizational targetsDeveloping job postings on job boards and social mediaCoordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteriaSource applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networksCreate job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each positionMaintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholdersJob requirements:University degree. Experience in talent acquisition: 3+ years in similar fieldHigh fluency in the English languageCertificate in the HR fieldAbility to work independently and in a team environmentFamiliarity with job-seeking platformsExperienced with all recruitment processesExperience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidatesProficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trendsProficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networksExcellent interpersonal and communication skills
