We are seeking an exceptionally talented Talent Acquisition specialist Specialist to join our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
  • Source, screen, and interview potential candidates, ensuring a thorough evaluation process
  • Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, and networking events
  • Maintain accurate candidate data trackers.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, from application to offer acceptance
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to create engaging job postings and attractive employer branding materials
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continually improve our processes

  • Working hours: 9 hours

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • From 1 to 3 years proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role.
  • Professional Microsoft office user
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and tools, including social media and job boards
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, and interview evaluation methods
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Self -Motivated and initiative individual.
  • Strong organizational skills and time management skills ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
