Job Description

  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training programs.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and training needs.
  • Assist in the design and development of training programs, including workshops, and presentations.
  • Source and manage vendors for external training programs.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including booking venues, arranging materials, and managing registration.
  • Facilitate or co-facilitate training sessions as needed.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed.
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective fulfillment of all assigned requisitions with quality talent.
  • Conduct and follow up the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding process.
  • Organize and manage orientation program for all new hires.
  • Work with hiring managers to develop clear, concise, and engaging job descriptions that accurately reflect the role's requirements and responsibilities.
  • Manage and implement the employee engagement activities as planned.
  • Support the employer branding activities as planned.
  • Assist with other Human Resource functions as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, or a related field.
  • TOT certificate is preferred.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in training and development or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience in Recruitment, Training, Performance Management is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering training programs.
  • Good organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Very good command of English language (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Good with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
