Job Description
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including: month and end-year process accounts payable/receivable cash receipts general ledger payroll and utilities treasury, budgeting cash forecasting revenue and expenditure variance analysis capital assets reconciliations trust account statement reconciliations, check runs fixed asset activity debt activity
Job Requirements
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office, accounting software and database.
- Experienced in ERP Systems, financial systems, and tax preparation.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented person.
- Excellent management and supervisory skills.
Qualifications:
- BS degree in Accounting, Business or related field.
- CPA, CMA, MBA or equivalent certification preferred.
Experience:
- 7-10 years of experience in Accounting/Finance in general
3-5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role. - Performance Indicators:
