Job Description
You are a Presales Business Analyst with a hybrid mix of analysis and presales experience. You will work as part of a team to meet the needs of our corporate customers and support sustainable relationships with our clients.
To achieve our common goals, you can contribute by the following tasks and duties and are not limited to:
- Engaging with clients directly - driving initial scope discussions as well as working with the delivery and sales team on quotes and proposals.
- Collaborate with the Solution Architect and other team members to confirm the solution design approach for the project
- Identifying issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
- Own & maintain the product backlog, develop detailed product feature specifications, and user stories, and ensure the cross-function team clearly understands them.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a BA/Product owner or as a presales consultant
- Pre-sales experience is a Must.
- Strong business process modeling /UML
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both non-technical business users as well as client technical stakeholders.
- Able to manage conflicting stakeholder needs.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail
- Experience with Agile and Scrum-based development methodologies
- Excellent knowledge of software development life cycle.
