We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to oversee the operations of multiple fashion retail locations within a designated area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fashion retail management, with a proven track record of driving sales, managing teams, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple fashion retail locations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Team Leadership: Hire, train, and manage store teams to ensure high levels of performance and customer service. Provide ongoing coaching and support to foster a positive work environment.

Sales and Performance: Monitor sales performance across all locations and implement strategies to drive sales growth and meet revenue targets. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.

Visual Merchandising: Ensure that all stores maintain a visually appealing and well-merchandised environment that reflects the brand's image and maximizes sales potential.

Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and accuracy across all locations. Implement inventory control measures to minimize shrinkage and ensure proper stock levels.

Customer Service: Ensure that high levels of customer service are maintained at all times. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.

Financial Management: Monitor budgets and expenses for each location. Implement cost-saving measures and efficiency improvements to maximize profitability.

Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between corporate headquarters and store teams. Communicate company policies, initiatives, and objectives to ensure alignment and consistency across all locations.
 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

-Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion retail management, preferably in a multi-location capacity.
-Strong leadership and team-building skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proven track record of driving sales and achieving results.
-Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
-Flexibility to travel between locations as needed.
