Job Description
- Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies
- Analyze data to find the most efficient sales methods
- Conduct training in sales techniques and company product attributes.
- Assess sales performance according to KPIs
- Monitor competition within assigned region
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports.
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, merchandise team, and support them to ensure their success.
- Set clear sales targets and performance metrics for the team and monitor their progress.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets and develop strategies to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
- Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve their targets and foster a positive and high-performance work environment.
Job Requirements
- Proven 5 years experience in FMCG (Food & Beverages sector)
- Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue;
- Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills
- Organizational and leadership ability
- Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
- BSc/BA in Business, Marketing or a related field
