Job Description

  • Administer compensation and benefit plans
  • New hire paperwork processing
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations
  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Undertake tasks around performance management
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
  • Organize monthly, quarterly, and annual employee performance reviews

Job Requirements

  • 0-2 years experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
  • Knowledge of Labor Law
  • Collaborative, self-motivated team player
  • Extremely organized with fine attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyze trends, and create metrics and develop solutions to help shape HR practices and evolve policies
  • Interested in growth and supporting a developing business
  • Fluent in Arabic & English
