Job Description
- Manage closely the implementation of the S&OP plan thus creating the demand planning for materials and fuels needed within the desired level of working capital.
- Creating a monthly demand plan with procurement and operation team and develop all monitoring reports to follow up the deliveries and consumption and make the variance analysis.
- Monitoring stock level. Balance supply and demand in collaboration with all projects /planning/ scheduling.
- Manage Spare parts SKUs in details, ensure its in the right category.
- Create new materials on system after ensuring no duplicates and all other aspects (lead time, category, type..etc)
- Monitoring all spare parts purchase requests and ensure its consumption date respecting the needed inventory level.
- Monitor / follow up the strategic controls to effectively measure inventory accuracy as of physical inventories, audits and all cycle count activities, and accordingly manage the corrective action process.
Job Requirements
- Mechanical Engineering Degree or a related field is preferred..
- 3+ years of experience in mechanical or a related position.
- SAP background is a must (MM module profession).
- CPIM or equivalent academic certificate is preferred.
- Data visualization tools, such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Advanced level in Excel.
