Oversee and manage the construction site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standard of quality
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure that all aspects of the project are executed smoothly and efficiently
Manage and supervise the site team, including foremen, laborers, and subcontractors
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving issues as they arise
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and other relevant standards
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports
Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with contractual requirements and specifications

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in construction project management
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
Excellent project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and team management skills
