Job Description
- Taking off quantities from AutoCAD drawings and prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
- Break down for projects requirements
- Advising & billing for extra-items/Non-BOQ items / claims.
- Collect and analyze data in order to assess the time, money, materials, and labor required to manufacture a product
- Preparing estimates and budgets
- Follow up a process of invoice both Internals and external
- Creating accurate project specifications.
- Investigate and identify cost reduction opportunities through cost analysis review
- Tracking actual costs in relation to the submitted pricing and analyzing it
- Prepare estimates for use in selecting vendors or subcontractors
- Closure of Running Account bills and Final Bills with respect to the Contract Agreement and Work order
Job Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in the field.
