Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Offering The Company Services Upon Detailed Marketing Orientation
- Receiving Customers Requests
- Respond To Customer Inquiries Through (( Tickets – Online Chat – Call Center ))
- Registration And Activating The Customer Orders
- Receiving The Full Deposit Information And Make Sure Of That From The Customer & Transferred to The Billing Department
- Following-Up With The Customer Regarding His Account& Services
- Committing To Decent Manner And Self-Management In Responding To The Customers

Technical Skills ( Is a Must ):
- General Experience With Company Services (( Domain – Hosting – SSL Certificates ))
- Dealing With All Forums Customer Service Support , Some Famous Script & Content Management System Programs
- Dealing With Using (( HTML , CSS ))
- Experience Dealing With Using (( C-Panel ))
- Experience Using Of (( Microsoft Office ))
- Proficient Experience (( Internet Surfing ))
- Fast Typing
Technical Skills ( Is Preferred ) :
- Have Good Knowledge of (( PC Spread Sheets )) Applications.
- Have Good Knowledge of All Operating Systems (( Linux – Windows))
