Job Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat promptly and professionally.
  • Assist customers with booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services.
  • Provide personalized recommendations and travel advice based on customers' preferences and needs.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and execution of travel bookings.
  • Maintain accurate customer interactions and transaction records, updating customer profiles and databases as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Knowledge of travel booking systems and online reservation platforms is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and proficiency in other languages is a bonus.
  • Passion for travel and a willingness to learn about new destinations and experiences.
