Job Description
- Sell existing products and identify new products in both international and domestic markets to achieve sales targets.
- Planning and development of goals with management (short plan, long term)
- Training, directing and hiring of sales force
- Putting and implementing a strategy for marketing and advertising.
- Analysis of the e-business plan.
- Following up of money collections
- Responsible for setting priorities for distribution and informing the drivers
- Studying the market, dividing it into sectors and identifying customers & competitors for all products.
- Following up with customers after sales customer service
- Continuous monitoring to the company's market share and position in terms of sales and pricing
- Development and discussing the giveaways
- Assisting in the development of Marketing material including Website, Brochure, Presentation, etc…
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in the sales field
- polite, friendly and diplomatic
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good knowledge of the English language
- An excellent understanding of customer care
- The ability to relate to a wide range of people
- Good organizational skills and planning abilities
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and ability to use databases for recording and reporting.
- The ability to handle and deal with rejection from customers.
- Knowledge of e-business and internet based marketing is a must
