Job Description
- Compiles and analyses sales and services information.
- Prepare Sales & Service Forecasts.
- Collect and analyzes data to evaluate current sales goals.
- Develop sales and services reports and analyzes it and make the related projection and presentation.
- Creates and analyses monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. And ensures information has been recorded accurately.
- Support the Sales and Service teams by providing related data report to facilitate the decision making
- Prepare monthly and quarterly Sales & Service report for Board Presentation and Board meeting.
- Compile and track Sales & Service data & changes.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years’ Experience in a related area.
- Preferred bachelor Degree in Architecture / Fine Arts / Applied Arts
- Experience in Archit.& Interior Design
- Ability to be a self-starter, self-motivated and a team player.
- A certain degree of creativity is required.
- Ability to identify, analyze and solve problems.
- Must have excellent Windows/Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Good analysis and interpretation in decision making.
- Ability to translate analysis into, management-friendly, charts and presentations.Very Good Looking
- Very Good English Language Speaking & writing .
- Very Good Communication Skills
- Very good convincing abilities
- Car is a must.
