Job Overview:
The Sales Automotive Executive is responsible for the effective management and operation of the sales department at an automotive dealership. This role involves direct interaction with customers, managing sales staff, strategizing to meet sales goals, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Monitor sales numbers and inventory levels.
Customer Interaction:
- Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and assist them in finding appropriate vehicles.
- Negotiate prices and terms of sales or lease agreements.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive field or relevant role
- V. Good in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
