Job Description
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, requirements, and preferences for outdoor spaces.
- Review & comment on conceptual landscape, grading, roods designs.
- Prepare detailed landscape plans, including hardscape designs, and coordinated construction drawings.
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software and other digital tools to create and present design proposals.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that designs meet technical specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare a survey for hardscape materials.
- Conduct site visits and inspections during various project stages to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and sustainable design principles.
- Participate in client & consultant meetings, presentations, and public hearings as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Faculty of Urban and Regional Planning.
- Engineering and construction field.
- Experience Needed:5 to 7 years.
- Career Level: Experienced (Non-Manager).
- Proficiency in Auto desk applications is mandatory.
- Previous experience with a reputable design house or developer is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications is essential.
- Preferred residence in Sheik Zayed or the 6th of October.
- Excellent proficiency in English is a prerequisite.
