Job Description
The Assistant’s tasks include but are not limited to:
- Manage the office premises and supervise on office worker(s).
- Availability for translation and administrative tasks by telephone and/or email as needed.
- Manage all administrative and logistical tasks, as needed, by the organization, management team and affiliated Psychosocial Workers (PSW).
- Assisting on daily basis the management of online databases including “Master Lists” of cases and updates on status of new cases etc.
- Produce and update organization materials including contact lists, HR database etc.
- Organize activities and logistics for guests of the organization.
- Attend classes and provide administrative support when needed.
- Provide translation for meetings when needed.
- Provide translation for correspondence, documents, reports, training materials, emails and other written materials in a timely manner. When needed, as emergency interpreter.
- Other tasks as needed for office administration / HR.
- Managing organization email(s) assigned to him/her.
- Manage organization mobile lines.
- PSTIC has a rented transitional apartment in Alexandria for protection cases. This apartment is the responsibility of the Admin to monitor and arrange to have it in good condition.

Training or Education:
- Excellent oral and written English and Arabic required.
- Computer competency in Word and Excel programs.
- Basic finance or accounting skills.
