Job Description
Seeking a Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
- Direct and manage project development daily from beginning to end.
- Prepare the PDD (second stage)
- Arrange for Kick off meeting (main Information of the project, for instance, client name, the duration, start and finish date, management system, project team responsibilities and obligations, etc),
- Define project scope of services, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with the Head of Engineering Departments and sponsor (based on project’ contact or/and PDD -1),
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents,
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools,
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals (must be coordinated and approved by the Head of Departments), including determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate requirements if necessary during project cycle
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
- Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management,
- Track project milestones and deliverables.
- Updating PM Project Plan Table (PPT),
- Bring to the attention of Operation Manager (OM) and Head of Engineering Departments (HED) all matters which may be considered as a client complaint.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. In Engineering,15 years in Project management field .
- PMP Is a Plus,PRMG is a must
