Job Description
- Monitor the facilities to ensure that it remains clean, safe, secure, and well maintained.
- Prepare and review operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Plan, administer and control budgets for contracts, equipment and supplies.
- In coordination with the Engineering department, oversee construction and renovation projects to improve efficiency and to ensure that facilities meet environmental, health, and security standards, and comply with governmental regulations.
- Finalize legal contracts and documents of the premises with the coordination of the Legal Affairs Department.
- Follow up Insurance documents of vehicles and building with the assistance of the Financial Department.
- Disseminate utilities expenses and review it (telephone, gasoline, electricity, water,…etc.)
- Evaluate to optimize office accommodation, revises procedures, or devises new forms to improve efficiency of workflow.
- Confer with governmental agencies to coordinate safety and other traffic programs.
- Review and analyze expenditure, financial, and operations reports to determine need for increase in fares or tariffs, expansion of existing schedules, or expansion of routes.
- Confer with department heads to arrange for vehicles inspection, service, or repair.
- Formulates procedures for systematic protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
- Responsible about all issues related to postage and courier (dealing with couriers, setting agreements after negotiations, etc,…..).
- Analyze internal administration processes and plan or implement procedural and policy changes to improve operations related to administrative functions.
- Contract with outside suppliers to provide employee services, such as canteen, transportation.
- Prepare and review operational reports and schedule to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Manages the whole fleet function. This includes the drivers and the routes of company buses.
- Supervise Secretaries, Operators, Runners and Messengers.
- Maintain good link with all the governmental authorities related to work needs.
- Plan, supervise and implement security plans and health and safety needs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law or relevant major.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Excellent Leadership skills & Mentoring skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and work accurately under pressure.
