Job Description

  • The receipt of documents from the project owner and Consultant ( graphics and technical specifications and B O Q)
  • Make The Coordination Of technical project documents and make sure there is no conflict or disagreement between documents
  • preparation of the interim plan for the project, as well as distributed after approval.
  • Survey of all the different items.
  • Survey of what has been implemented of work.
  • Prepare monthly report follow-up materials.
  • Prepare request needs work fortnightly
  • Prepare request contracts subcontractors.
  • Prepare subcontractors invoices.
  • Prepare owner invoices.
  • keep a copy of the approved drawings of the project.
  • illustrate the differences between the executive boards have already been approved and implemented.
  • Adoption of the follow-up samples of materials used by the consultant to the project on the forms prepared for it.

Job Requirements

Job Profile: 

  • This is normally acquired through a combination of the completion of a Bachelor's Degree and 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Work requires working a flexible schedule.
  • Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture

Knowledge and skill requirements

  • Good skills in producing written technical reports and recommendations in English
  • Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations.
  • Very good commands of English language.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
